hi ppl.. here's some stuff we had discussed on the meeting on saturday (10th march) .

Agenda 1
Cultural night organised by AJCAA
Date: 18th Aug 07
Venue: AJ audi

We will be having 2 performances on the same day.. one in the afternoon and one at night. Our item will be about 20 minutes long and we may have to lead the finale item for the performance.

Agenda 2
Dedication of duties
-PeiYing will continue to attend the AA's meetings
She might not be able to come for prac in Apr as she will be busy with her work

- Loh wei will be representing the VP to go for the AA's meetings as Chee Guan wont be ard until June.

- Nadiah wont be conducting the choir as often as she is the VP of nus choir now.
So we will need a someone to step up as the SC.

- the workload will be spread to the excos and the music com.

Agenda 3
Sangnila (concert by Dr Goh)
Date: early June 07
we have decided to take part in this performance as a whole choir to improve on our vocal techniques and to gain experience and exposure.
The prac will most probably start in May 07
We may be having 2 practices per week as it will be the 3 months break for those in uni.. The practices on Sundays will be fixed as we will be going down to Siglap south for choir with Dr Goh.

for those who didnt attend the meeting and who are interested in this can leave a tag so that i can come up with the list of the members who will be participating in this.
