Hey people,

Next big and important event is the performance @ The Pines.
JingKang will be conducting us and he requested to have a practice before the performance.
Time: 6pm, 24 December 2008 (Xmas eve)
Venue: SMU, School of Economics basement 1.
If you do not know how to reach there, sms/call anyone who went for the blood donation drive.
Afterwhich we'll have dinner together and proceed to The Pines together.

Please help spread this news around if you think your friend is going. Thanks. (SMS is exploding... Haha...)

Below's the email I received from SMU after the blood donation drive. (:

"A Truly Magical Christmas 2008" Committee would like to thank you all for your great performance during our blood donation drive. Because of you, we have managed to recruit 752 bags of blood, meeting our target of 750 bags and you have therefore helped to save at least 2000 lives as each bag of blood can save up to 3 lives.

We thank you once again and hope that we can work together again next year during the Christmas season. Thank you Anderson Junior College Alumni Choir! Thank you LL Entertainers! Thank you SMU Guitarissimo!

We'll not be singing for RTC anymore.
Hence, here's an update of the latest carol session:

Blood donation (SMU) Wear event shirt:
20Dec: 0900am meet at School of Economics, 1230am Lunch @ Red Cross House, Performance timing: 10am - 6pm
21Dec: 1200pm meet at School of Economics, 1200pm Lunch @ Red Cross House, Performance timing: 1pm - 6pm

The Pines (Near RGS) Wear gown(girls), black pants and shirt, red tie(guys):
24Dec: 830pm-915pm
25Dec: 1245pm-1315pm

Also, Christabel is organising a post-Xmas celebration on 27 Dec. Standby for more updates.

Hey guys, I'm posting this early because a lot of people are starting to ask me about the attire and prac on sat. So here it goes....

10am sharp at choir room. Everybody please be punctual and come for this last carolling practice. It doesn't matter if you are singing in the afternoon or any other dates. It's going to be last carolling practice before we start to perform to public. Memorise your scores and be familiar with everything. Choir will end at 12pm. So as you can see we only have 2 hours.

Thereafter, people who're participating in the blood donation in the afternoon, please bring a black file to put your scores. If you are as "zai" as me, still bring a file to act a bit.. Hahaha... (Confirm got people unhappy one... but if you know me I don't mean it... I'm not zai...)

Attire: Event shirt will be provided by SMU. Bottoms and shoes I leave it with you guys/girls to make yourself presentable. I'm not going to restrict. But please don't wear slippers. Errr.. Have a bit of fashion sense la... If you dunno what's fashion sense, please let GUOWEI teach you.. =P (just joking...)

For those people who wants to meet us there, please be at SMU School of Economics at 1400H.
